Well, I've been looking for a casual, inexpensive summer dress for ages, and I finally found one at H&M while we were in Chicago earlier this week. In fact, I liked it (and its price) so much that I bought it in two different colors. I decided to go full-on color crazy and pair this hot pink dress with highlighter-bright fingers and toes using nail polish that I also bought while we were in Chi-Town. Obviously, bright colors were calling to me during our shopping trip!
How do you feel about the neon trend? Are you into it, or do you think these radioactive colors should stay in the 90s with the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air?

Thanks PDP--It was only $18, so it's definitely worth a look. They had it in several colors and patterns at the H&M I went to.
