Daily Look: Polka Dot Peplum

This dress is the embodiment of two of my favorite trends: polka dots and peplum waists. I've always loved polka dots, but now that they're so popular they're much easier to find. The peplum on this dress isn't particularly exaggerated, which gives it a softer effect, while still making my waist look smaller.
