Daily Look: Cream of the Crops

In yet another rite of spring, I pulled out these cropped pants yesterday. Believe it or not, it was actually hotter here than in Sam's neck of the woods--we blasted through our previous record high, with temperatures rising into the 80s. Whenever I wear these pants, I'm reminded of a previous student who would always ask me if these pants were supposed to be this length or if they were high waters. When I told her that they're ankle-length, she told me that no such thing existed. Teenagers.
