After watching the latest episode of Parks and Recreation, I was reminded of a holiday that I think is worth celebrating--Galentine's Day! On this soon-to-be-national holiday, women get together to talk about how awesome they are while feasting and telling stories. I love any event that involves mandatory compliments, so I think I am going to have to start this tradition with my friends.
Because this day is all about celebrating womanhood, I went for a very girly look that is too cute to waste on a boy. I know I always put more thought into what I will wear for hangouts with girls than guys since they are the ones who truly appreciate an outfit. Or maybe it's because you just can't count on a man to squeal over pink tights!
