Spring is in full bloom here in South Bend, and the streets are lined with blossoming dogwoods, redwoods, and saucer magnolias. What better time to bust out this floral top than during this early warm-up? It's hard to believe, but we've hit record highs for 9 days in a row and counting (thank you global warming).
