Daily Look: Ruffles on Ruffles

Sweater: J. Crew // Blouse: Loft // Jeans: Gap // Boots: Seychelles via Endless // Hairband: Francesca's // Earrings: White House Black Market // Bracelet: H&M // Rings: Vintage

Some may put on a ruffly shirt and be satisfied, but not me.  I put on my ruffly shirt and thought, you know what this needs?  More ruffles.  Maybe it's all of these Valentine's ads, but I have stopped even trying to fight my compulsion to layer on the girliest pieces that I can get my hands on.  At this rate, I'll be dressed up in pink glitter and a tutu on the 14th!

Cute cardigan, Sam! You look beautiful and fresh-faced here. As ever, you and Lauren have the most gorgeous complexion so may I ask, which make-up brands do you use? I am looking for the perfect blush, and while I'm at it, an update on my foundation as well (liquid).

Super cute outfit Sam! It's so perfect for Valentine's.

Binh--First of all, what a wonderful compliment. We both use NYX Powder blush in Pinky. It can be hard to find in stores, so we get it from Amazon. As far as foundation, I typically just spot correct with Mary Kay's concealer. On days when I do wear foundation, I use Mary Kay's Matte Wear (I have oily skin) and Sam uses their Luminous version (hers is normal/dry).
