I don't know about you, but I absolutely love the dressy meets casual, cool meets glamorous look that Jamie Chung wore to a premiere recently. And I also love that it would be such an easy look to re-create on a lower budget. Just top a white t-shirt (which you probably already have) with a cute bomber or varsity jacket and throw on some black skinnies (or leather pants, if you've got 'em). Bonus points for red lipstick and perfectly perfect hair.
