This year I rung in the new year in this 60s inspired mini-dress. I usually think of something sparkly on New Year's Eve, but I think the ruffly skirt and short hemline make this a fun choice, even without sequins. I hope everyone had a great holiday! Now I'm on to counting down to summer.
