Daily Look: Windy City

Shirt: Banana Republic Factory // Pants: Loft // Shoes: J. Crew Factory // Bracelets: Forever 21 // Purse: Target // Nails: Forever 21 Fuchsia

I wore this outfit for a day of sightseeing in Chicago, a city that we've completely fallen in love with since moving to Indiana. It's pretty amazing that we're only two hours away from such a great place. We got super lucky when a colleague gave us a hotel room that he no longer needed, so we got to spend five days in the Windy City for practically free. Even luckier, the dates coincided with the start of my summer vacation and the Radiohead concert. While there, we ate Chicago-style hot dogs, deep dish pizza, and lots of other artery-clogging delicacies. We also got to try something we've never done before in any of our many trips to Chicago: a Wendella boat tour of the city and lake. It was a great trip and an amazing way to kick off the summer.

Have you ever been to Chicago? What are your favorite things to do there? If you haven't been before, I highly recommend it!

PS-Bonus points for anyone who can spot the photo bomber.

Love Chicago, I just moved here actually! I've been trying to check famous deep dish pizza places off my list and go to as many fesitvals as possible this summer (there are a ton!) The Loop is really cool but exploring the hole-in-the-wall restaurants to the north of the city has also been fun.
