I kept this look very simple because of the detailing on this 70s secretary-inspired blouse. When you're wearing such a large, statement-making bow, you don't need much else. There is finally some snow on the ground, but I'm hoping it will melt off. Honestly, though, I don't have much to complain about; so far, it's been a relatively warm and snow-free December.
