I took some of my newest purchases out for a spin this weekend when my husband and I went out to dinner Friday night. I got this t-shirt a couple of weeks ago, but it was my first chance to wear it, and only the second time I've worn this skirt since I bought it two weekends ago. It's been extraordinarily hot and humid here lately, so head-to-toe cotton was definitely a good thing. As much as people keep talking about the fact that summer is over, I know it won't be fall here until mid- to late-October.
