Daily Look: New Favorite Skirt

When I first spotted this skirt over the summer, I pinned it immediately. I've been on the lookout for cute, full, high-waisted skirts, and this is about as full and high-waisted as it gets without veering into tutu territory. Sadly, at $80, it was definitely more than I was willing to spend. So when I saw it last week for $40 (plus an additional 30% off, woot!), I knew it had to be mine. I was super excited when I tried it on and realized that it actually fit, especially because so many supposedly high-waisted skirts end up sagging down, refusing to sit at my natural waist. I twirled around the room and made my husband tell me how pretty my new skirt is. (He lives for that stuff.) My new favorite skirt made its big debut at work yesterday, and I'm fighting the urge to wear it again tomorrow.
