This is an outfit that I wore visiting Lauren in The Woodlands last weekend. It seems crazy to imagine that I was able to not wear socks and was actually too warm in a sweater just one day before getting stuck in an ice storm. The weather was so bad on my drive back to Plano on Sunday that I was worried I wouldn't make it. I saw about twenty wrecks (we Texans aren't much for driving in ice and snow), but luckily slow and steady won the race and I made it back in one piece. The drive was one of the worst I've experienced, but at least I got a snow day out of it on Monday!
