Daily Look: Chain of Fools

I am making the most of the Indian summer we are having right now by wearing my legs bare whenever possible. This dress is easy to throw on and comfortable (and super fun to twirl in), but the tie at the waist and the patterned silk fabric add visual interest and polish to an otherwise simple look.
