This is a very classic work look with a bit of fun added in by the swirls of the blouse. I am a big fan of a belted skirt because it allows me to adjust a slightly imperfect fit without tailoring and it makes the whole look feel more polished. My favorite part of this look, though, is the cutout detailing starting on the blouse and continued on the shoes.
