Ok, so I set this outfit out to wear yesterday and then chickened out and wore something else. Then I did it again today! Maybe my unwillingness to bite the bullet and actually wear this outfit to work should tell me something. But then again, maybe I need to be a little more courageous with my fashion. I just don't even know anymore.
Clearly I am thinking way too hard about this; someone guide me!
What do you think? Is neon yellow and a crop top fun and happy or just plain cuckoo?

Go for it! If you're worried about the top riding up, just tuck in a cami underneath.
